Barms Farm has three en-suite well equipped double bedrooms with king size beds and pristine en-suite facilities. Spacious lounge, elegant dining room and ample illuminated private parking. We do not cater for children or pets.

Low energy lighting is used where possible.
Windows are double glazed and all radiators have adjustable thermostatic valves fitted.
On site, detached self catering ground floor property refurbed to very high spec. available spring 2009. Sleeping up to four adults within two very spacious bedrooms (king size beds) with large luxurious en-suites with underfloor heating and heated towel rails. (seperate corner power shower cubicles and large, deep soaker baths in both) Bright and airy entrance hall, large south facing lounge with remote living flame gas fire set within Derbyshire stone feature fireplace and large LCD flatscreen tv with Freesat (140 digital tv and radio channels), fully equipped kitchen/diner with breakfast bar and dining area plus utility room, cloaks, integral storage/drying area and private enclosed garden.
